Casa Lydia is an impressive 184 sq.m. maisonette designed to offer comfort, privacy, and high-quality accommodation for families and groups of up to 10 guests. Featuring a modern aesthetic and functional layout, the house includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring that every guest enjoys their own personal space.
On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and relaxing moments. On the same level, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The first floor hosts four additional bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and two with twin beds that can be joined to create king-size beds, depending on your needs. This floor also features two modern bathrooms with showers, as well as an extra living area offering beautiful sea views — the perfect spot to unwind.
The outdoor space is one of the property’s greatest highlights. A large swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, gardens filled with olive trees surrounding the villa, a shaded dining gazebo for meals outdoors, a BBQ area for memorable evenings, and ample parking space. From the pool level, the view stretches toward the sea and across the entire village, creating a unique setting of relaxation from sunrise to sunset.
Casa Lydia is located in Plános – Tsiliví, one of the most vibrant and welcoming villages in Zakynthos. The village stretches around a beautiful organized beach with shallow, crystal-clear waters, ideal for families as well as for visitors who enjoy sea activities such as water sports, boat trips, and diving.
